Lining up Audio & Visual to Build Cutscenes in Unity : Part 1

Objective: Set up our scene

Following on from the previous posts we use the same techniques used in Timeline and Composing using the Previs elements to set up the scene.

We create the cutscene folder in the hierarchy to keep things clean and move the actor prefabs into this folder before setting up the actor position.

As you can see from the above images we have our actor in position to match the Previs.

We then set up our security cameras. These use cone colliders to detect collisions while playing the game.

Finally we set up the security guards to match the Previs.

In the next post, we will look at composing our shots.
